Terms of use
These terms apply when you access or play Connecdle. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and in a way that does not harm the game or other players.
The service
Connecdle provides a daily word puzzle, automated answer feedback, local progress storage, scoring, and sharing tools for personal entertainment. Features, puzzle schedules, scoring rules, and availability may change as the game develops.
Automated scoring
Written guesses are evaluated by a machine-learning model. Language is ambiguous, and automated feedback can occasionally accept an unintended answer or reject a reasonable paraphrase. Scores and verdicts are provided as part of the game experience, not as factual, educational, professional, or competitive determinations.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
Attack, overload, scrape, probe, or bypass protections on the site, API, model service, or connected infrastructure.
Use automated requests to extract puzzles, test unlimited guesses, or interfere with normal play.
Submit unlawful, abusive, malicious, or personal information in the answer field.
Misrepresent Connecdle, its puzzles, or its branding as your own service.
Content and intellectual property
The Connecdle name, interface, original writing, puzzle presentation, and original puzzle content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may share the spoiler-free result generated by the game. These terms do not grant permission to republish a puzzle archive or reproduce the service commercially.
Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Connecdle does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage of local progress, a particular scoring outcome, or that every puzzle will be free from ambiguity.
To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of or inability to use the service.
Changes
These terms may be updated when the service or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply.
