Puzzle and scoring feedback
If a connection seems ambiguous or a reasonable answer receives the wrong feedback, include enough detail to reproduce the decision:
The puzzle number or publication date.
The exact wording of the guess you submitted.
The result you received and what you expected instead.
Reports are reviewed for unclear puzzle wording, missed paraphrases, and scoring boundaries that should be tested in future model versions.
Technical problems
For a loading, display, or submission problem, include the page you were using, what happened, and your browser or device type. A short sequence of steps or a screenshot can make an intermittent problem much easier to identify.
Privacy and other requests
Use the same address for questions about stored guesses, analytics, advertising, or the privacy policy. Connecdle does not use player accounts, so please describe the request without sending passwords, payment information, or other sensitive personal information.
Connecdle is a small independent project. Messages are read and prioritised, although response times can vary.
